What is needed in a feature story.

The things below are the thing mainly needed in a feature story of a magazine.

• pictures are great ways to attract reader it make them want to read your a story by the way it looks.

athletics

We've got spirit,yes we do!
on the 17 of February sacred heart girls collage had athletics.All of the house colours competed against each other by singing their chants and loud as they can and participating in all the sport . everyone had to dress up as crazy as they could wearing their house colour.


we had high jump,long jump,100m sprint,200m sprint,400m sprint,800m sprint,shot put,javelin,discus and relay at the end.for the novelty races there was gumboot throw, 3 legged races and fireman's lift.they were mostly at the end along with the relay.

At the end of the end the scores were

I'm in barbier and barbier came second it was kind of sad because we didn't come first but it's better than nothing.

My weekend :)

In the weekend my family went to Waihi beach.My family went with my best friends family and a few of our close friends. it was a cloudy day which made the water as cold as ice but when u get used to it it pretty warm.The waves were very very big when you see then coming its like there going to sallow you into the deep sea. our family had brought cricket bats and badminton racket to play on the beach. it was hard running with the enormous cricket bat especially because it the ground was wet so it was easier to slip over.unfortunately i got stung by a jellyfish a mini jellyfish it was blue, purple in colour and left a huge red mark on my arms. soon after everyone had got out of the water it started to rain only spitting but still rain. we had a small picnic in Hamilton gardens where we admired the Glory of the different flowers and the colour fireworks. our lunch was sandwiches with ham cheese and vegetables just like subway. we had fish and chips also made by our family. so this basically rounds of my weekend.

My point of media

The are many types of media. a media that gets you news everyday a media that surrounds celebrities,news that reaches your doorstep by using websites such as twitter,facebook,msn etc: they deliver their news to your doorstep. media can also be communication by phones or emails. emails are mainly private or formal or telling someone what your up to overseas. most people choose social networking sites like facebook,twitter etc. However media at sacred heart is nothing like surrounding celebrities or taking news to doorsteps.This is media from my point of view.
